Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute against a strategic plan to develop sales pipeline while acquiring new logos and maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education & engagement
  • Generate revenue & work closely with our network of Technology partners to solve our customers challenges.
  • Help develop our system resellers and integrators to enable market leverage

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of Enterprise sales experience
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business with large enterprise customers
  • A history of developing selling regions from the ground up, with minimal resources
  • Passion for developing account expansion strategies and the value of post-sales customer success
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Desire to drive innovation and evangelize new technologies in a way that resonates with customers
  • Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally experience working in both large and start up environments
  • The ability to speak with customers and partners at both a business and technical level
  • Knowledge of filesystems and cloud computing architectures
  • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company
